SHARP helmets testing evaluation: the overall annual guide by Billy’s Crash Helmets

According to an accurate analysis of the SHARP helmet testing data done by the British website billyscrashhelmets.co.uk, Caberg helmets reached the top positions among the safest 2022 SHARP crash helmet brands!

As most of the motorcyclists know, the SHARP (Safety Helmet Assessment and Rating Programme) is a British government quality ratings scheme for motorcycle helmets, with the objective of improving motorcycle safety on the roads. Each model of motorcycle helmet undergoes 32 impact tests in order to achieve a SHARP rating expressed with a 5-star rating scale with 5‐stars being the highest and 1‐star the lowest.

Every year the website billyscrashhelmets.co.uk  evaluates the SHARP crash helmet testing data and compares the various helmet brands according to performances scores to find out which helmet brands are the safest. Let’s see what are the final results for Caberg helmets:

It’s important to note that the Caberg helmets tested scored an average of 4 stars out of five, as well as Shark and Arai helmets that reached the 3rd and 4th position in the top ten list. The difference is only due to the fact that more Arai and Shark models have been tested compared to Caberg.
