Jackson Blackmon has announced that, beginning this weekend at VIRginia International Raceway and for the rest of the season, he will be racing in the MotoAmerica Twins Cup Championship under the team name of North East Cycle Outlet Racing/Trackday Winner.

Blackmon will be aboard the same #18 Yamaha YZF-R7 on which he finished fourth in the Twins Cup race last month at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.

“This season has already been quite eventful with some last-minute changes to my program,” Blackmon said. “But I’m very happy to let everyone know that I will be on the Twins Cup grid all season long. I’m very fortunate to be racing for North East Cycle Outlet Racing with additional support from Trackday Winner, as well as continued support from Yamaha, Quarterley Racing, Yamalube, Adams Performance, and GP Tech. I appreciate all the people in my corner, and I know we will have a strong season together. I can’t wait to get things started at VIR this weekend!”

Blackmon’s full list of sponsors includes Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A.; North East Cycle Outlet; Trackday Winner; Quarterley Racing; Adams Performance; GP Tech; Wiseco; Millennium Technologies; Web Cams; Yamalube; Yamaha Financial Services; HJC; OneX; Finishline Machine; Powersport Supply; Graves Motorsports; and Flashtune.
