The Racers And Men Of MotoAmerica To Be Featured At Velocity Invitational
The racers and motorcycles of MotoAmerica will be featured at the Velocity Invitational, November 11-14, at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California, joining over 250 of the rarest and most valuable race cars on the planet.
A star-studded MotoAmerica lineup, including MotoAmerica Champions Josh Hayes, Josh Herrin, Cameron Petersen and the Wyman brothers, Kyle and Travis, will be performing demo laps on the Laguna Seca racetrack as well as mingling with fans at the event previously known as the Sonoma Speed Festival at Sonoma Raceway.
The event will also feature McLaren Racing’s Formula One and Indy cars and historic automobiles from notable museums and private collections.
Additionally, MotoAmerica CFO Richard Varner will be in a panel of high-profile motorsports figures, including Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, Jim Farley, CEO of Ford, Jay Frye, President of IndyCar and Jacob Hawksworth, Founder and CEO of Hypercraft, in the Future of Motorsports Panel and Reception. The panel will discuss the future of motorsports through their respective lenses.
