SHARK unveils the SKWAL CUP: A radical full-face helmet designed to master the Flow

SHARK introduces its latest full-face helmet, the Skwal Cup, directly inspired by the world of racing “cups” — the breeding ground for future top riders. The Skwal Cup is designed for riders who approach every ride as a moment of precision, control, fluidity and personal expression. It combines a strong racing DNA, advanced aerodynamics, and an accessible price point.

Developed in collaboration with MotoGP riders such as Johann Zarco and Scott Redding, and using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation technology — the same tools used in MotoGP and Formula 1 — the Sharp Skwal Cup delivers finely tuned aerodynamics designed to channel airflow and provide maximum control.

Featuring a large rear spoiler, the Skwal Cup’s design is directly inspired by the starting grids. This direct descendant of the AERON GP adopts an aggressive visual identity that translates into clear performance benefits:

Controlled Ventilation and Thermal Comfort

The Skwal Cup’s ventilation system features 4 air-intakes, 2 exhaust outlets and 1 aerodynamic spoiler, optimising rear negative pressure and smoothing internal airflow. Even during demanding riding conditions, the helmet maintains consistent thermal comfort.

Clear Vision and Active Protection

To ensure perfect visibility in all conditions, the Skwal Cup is equipped with:

• Optical Class 1 visor (distortion-free, scratch-resistant)
• Pinlock® 70 anti-fog insert with external adjustment
• Internal scratch-resistant and anti-fog sun visor (UV380)
• Patented quick-release visor system, tool-free
• Central locking tab with safety notch

The “air mesh” micro-opening function, inherited from the Skwal i3, allows slight visor opening — ideal for urban riding or hot weather — to further increase ventilation.

The cheek pads and liner are fully removable and machine washable at 30°C. The Skwal Cup is glasses-compatible. Itfeatures also both SHARK Easy Fitand the new Best Fit by SHARKsystem, ensuring the best pressure distribution without pressure points.
