MV Agusta Merges Departments And Appoints New Head After Office Reno

Bigger Team, Bigger Leader

MV Agusta’s offices in Sam Marino, Italy, have just completed the final stages in the large-scale renovation that has undergone over the last year. MV took this opportunity to reorganize the internal logistics of this company as well; taking the technical and design departments and combining them into one single unit with a new head in charge of the squad.

It makes sense for the company to have their engineers and designers working closer together as MV Agusta prides itself on having beautifully styled bikes whilst maintaining a step ahead of the game when it comes to the technical aspects of their motorcycles. The new combined department will consist of a 30+ person roster working in tandem with one another to produce more “motorcycle art” (as MV Agusta puts it).

Having your team size double comes with its own territory of having twice the people to manage, and the Italian design firm has put Stephane Zache in charge to lead the pack. Zache is a French designer that has built a very strong resume through her partnerships with other major OEMs in the motorcycle industry, so it’s safe to say that the team will be in good hands going forwards.

MV Agusta’s Development Directory, Brian Gillen said: “The renovations in [the CRC research center] are focused on creating a new working environment to further stimulate the creativity and efficiency of our extremely talented team, who constitute the real backbone of an institute that is renowned and respected worldwide,”

“I welcome Stephane Zache as a valued new addition to the CRC leadership team. Imagining, designing, engineering, and constructing the most beautiful bikes in the world is the focus of CRC.” he continued.

I hope everything works out for the MV Agusta brand as big changes can often result in a re-integration period, but with the expert leadership of Stephane Zach, I’m sure it will be smooth sailing.
