Harley-Davidson Appoints Artie Starrs as President and Chief Executive Officer

We are pleased to share with you the appointment of Artie Starrs as Harley-Davidson’s next President and CEO, effective October 1, 2025.  

Artie joins Harley-Davidson from Topgolf Callaway Brands, where he served as CEO of the Topgolf International, Inc. subsidiary. Artie looks forward to leading Harley-Davidson in its next chapter and working closely with the dealer network to deliver unmatched customer experiences.  

With extensive leadership experience, Artie’s vision, energy, and deep commitment to brand experiences makes him well-suited for the position.
