BRINGING THE SPEED! KTM REVS UP FOR SEISMIC EICMA SHOW RETURN WITH A STELLAR PORTFOLIO FOR THE FUTURE

KTM is solidifying the brand and its long-term vision by focusing on growing its portfolio and expanding its market presence. KTM will bring its READY TO RACE spirit to the biggest two-wheel salon in Europe and one of the largest annual motorcycle exhibitions in the world.

The 2024 EICMA show, the 110th edition of the event, will be held at the Fiera Milano from 5 – 10 November. KTM is already priming the throttles of a raft of new machinery and dazzling innovations to wow the expected 500,000 attendees over the six days in Italy.

For the first time in half a decade the company is investing in a major official presence at EICMA. KTM will be a key exhibitor among the 700 brands on display for guests, media, public and industry specialists to show off future concepts, introduce fresh flagship models and chat about the latest cutting-edge design and tech.

What will be taking center stage? KTM is setting the stage for a new era in motorcycle technology by introducing Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). This innovation is expected to revolutionize the way riders experience their motorcycles, bridging the gap between high-performance, hardcore riding and everyday comfort.

KTM is revolutionizing rider-motorcycle interaction for 2025 by combining all essential motorcycle information and interactive possibilities into one seamless system. This cutting-edge integration focuses on enhancing the rider’s experience. The all-new 8.8“ TFT touch screen dash will increase the immersive experience with vastly improved UX and UI. The 2025 8.8“ TFT dash contains new electronics, connectivity features (thanks to a new connectivity unit) and customization possibilities around a revised switch cube handlebar layout with upgraded simplicity. The new 8.8” TFT dash board will grace signature 2025 bikes and the vast arsenal of wares that will shine under the EICMA lights. KTM will round-off the 30th anniversary of the KTM DUKE range in 2024 with focus on the 2025 KTM 990 DUKE R followed by the unveiling of the all-new 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE GT, withheld from public and media/industry view especially for the EICMA spectacle.

Gathering the full potential of the LC8 engine platform means KTM can enlarge the desirable KTM SUPER ADVENTURE family. The 2025 KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S and KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE R are joined by the KTM 1390 SUPER ADVENTURE S EVO (with some ground-breaking and unmissable new hardware that will be presented leading up to EICMA) and KTM staff and engineers will be on-hand to explain how this forceful generation of adventure tourers will extend the versatility and possibilities of motorcycling. No feasible corner of the world will be left untouched…and to emphasize this philosophy the 2025 KTM 390 ADVENTURE R will be the ideal agile and dependable expression of the segment for riders of all levels.

KTM’s efforts with electric R&D and the march of tomorrow’s technology has led to significant steps with the new 2025 KTM SX-E 3 and KTM SX-E 5 minicycles and those first, vital rolling miles for junior riders. Also don’t forget the 2025 KTM 85 SX and 2024 KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO and EICMA will see the debuts of the 2025 KTM 125 SMC R, KTM 390 SMC R, KTM 125 ENDURO R and KTM 390 ENDURO R.

KTM will be stretching the personnel roster for EICMA with management, Product Management, R&D, Product and Brand Marketing staff, pivotal personalities, special guests and, of course, important motorsport figures.

KTM has enjoyed a typically high rate of success on racetracks around the world once more in 2024: MotoGP™ podium contention, Moto3 trophies, Dakar Rally prominence, AMA Supercross titles thanks to Tom Vialle and the all-conquering KTM 250 SX-F (the same motorcycle taking at least two different riders to MX2 Grand Prix victories). Meanwhile, the 450 AMA Pro Motocross Champion mastery with Chase Sexton, MXGP milestones with Jeffrey Herlings reaching new record career numbers in sync with the KTM 450 SX-F and Enduro excellence with the likes of Manuel Lettenbichler and Josep Garcia.

A selection of these racing icons will be on-hand to meet-and-greet fans and visitors throughout the duration of the show, and the company have been able to build on their competitive prowess with a slew of FACTORY EDITIONs and dedicated project bikes. EICMA 2024 will showcase the newly launched 2025 KTM 300 EXC CHAMPION EDITION and KTM 350 EXC-F CHAMPION EDITION for enduro fans, the 2025 KTM 250 and 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITIONs, the MotoGP-derived KTM 990 RC R (as well as a secret and exclusive offshoot to come) and the inimitable 2024 KTM RC16 MotoGP racer.

2025 should be a period of consolidation and further market gains while KTM also look to explore opportunities for global expansion and increased brand awareness.

2023 followed a year where – in the face of challenging market conditions – PIERER Mobility Group AG nevertheless increased group revenue by 9.2 % to 2,661 million euros and a 2% increase in motorcycle sales. The company continues to plough almost 10% of their total revenue into progressive R&D: there were 72 new and revised models between the brands in 2023. Sales between motorcycles and e-bicycles reached figures of almost half a million units. More than 385,000 motorcycles were produced; 217,000 of them in Austria and over 280,000 were KTMs.
